You Shouldn't Need Six Apps to Promote Your Work
You painted a new piece, published a new chapter, or finished a new recording. Now you need to post it on Instagram with the right hashtags, share it on Facebook with a different format, put it on LinkedIn with a professional tone, update your website gallery, and maybe write a blog post. Each platform wants different image sizes, character limits, and audience expectations.
That's an hour of marketing work for every piece of content. Multiply that across a week, a month, a year. That's time you should be spending in the studio.
How Seabird Does It Differently
Our social media integration is built around one core idea: you create the content once, and the system handles the rest.
You write what you want to say in your own words — even just a sentence or two. The system takes that and generates platform-optimized versions for each of your social media accounts. Right tone, right format, right image dimensions, right hashtags. Instagram gets the visual-first treatment. LinkedIn gets the professional angle. Facebook gets the engagement-friendly version. Your website gets updated automatically.
What If I...
Every artist's situation is different. Here's how the system meets you where you already are.
"What if I already blog on Patreon?"
This is one of our strongest capabilities. We pull your Patreon post and its image, import it as a blog post on your website, and generate platform-ready versions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. One Patreon post becomes five or six touchpoints without you rewriting anything. Your Patreon supporters get the original. Everyone else gets it through the channels they use. Your website blog stays current automatically.
"What if I already have an Instagram following but nothing else?"
We help you extend to other platforms without starting over. What you're already creating for Instagram gets reformatted for Facebook, LinkedIn, your website blog — you grow your reach without doubling your effort.
"What if I don't have any social media accounts at all?"
We set them up with you during onboarding. Not a PDF guide — an actual person sitting down with you and walking through it. By the time we're done, you'll have your accounts connected, your first post formatted, and a workflow you can repeat in minutes.
"What if I just finished a new painting?"
Upload the image, write a few sentences about it. The system generates posts for every platform with proper image sizing, hashtags, and tone. Your website gallery updates automatically. Two minutes of your time, every platform covered.
"What if I just sold an original?"
Post the sold announcement across every platform with one write. Nothing generates collector urgency like seeing work sell — and it takes you two minutes instead of an hour.
"What if I have a gallery show coming up?"
Schedule posts leading up to, during, and after the event. Plan the whole sequence in advance on the content calendar so you're not scrambling the week before opening night.
"What if I'm terrible at writing about my own work?"
Write a sentence or two in your own voice — even just "New painting, lighthouse at dawn, oil on canvas." The system handles the rest: proper tone for each platform, relevant hashtags, calls to action. You review it, tweak if you want, and post.
"What if I want to promote a new print release or note cards?"
Product announcements work the same way. Write once about the new offering, and it goes everywhere with links back to your store. New prints, note cards, calendars, merchandise — the workflow is the same regardless of what you're selling.
Two Ways It Works
Copy and Paste
You write your post in the admin portal. The system generates preformatted, platform-ready versions you can review, tweak if you want, and copy directly into each platform. Platform-sized images ready to download. No guessing about character limits or dimensions. No rewriting the same thing five different ways.
This works immediately, requires no platform verification, and gives you full control over every post before it goes out.
Automated Posting
For those who want full automation, we can connect directly to your social media accounts. You write the post, review the generated versions, hit confirm, and it publishes everywhere simultaneously. One click, every platform.
Automated posting requires platform verification, which involves additional steps we walk you through. The manual workflow stands on its own if you prefer simplicity.
What the System Handles
- Platform-Specific Content — Each platform gets content optimized for its format, tone, and audience expectations
- Smart Formatting — Write your post once in plain language, and the system generates polished versions for each platform
- Image Sizing — Your images are automatically formatted to each platform's specifications
- Hashtag Strategy — Relevant hashtags generated and organized into reusable groups based on your content and audience
- Website Sync — New work automatically appears in your website gallery and blog
- Content Calendar — See what's going out, when, and where from a single dashboard
- Content Source Import — Pull from Patreon or other content sources and generate posts from existing content
- Post Templates — Reusable templates for recurring post types so you're not starting from scratch every time
A Note About Platform Requirements
We want to be straightforward about this because it matters.
The copy-and-paste workflow works with every platform, no special access required. You write it, the system formats it, you post it. Done.
Automated posting is a different story. Social media platforms control who can publish through their systems programmatically, and each has its own verification process:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — Requires Meta Business Verification, which means providing business documentation: articles of incorporation, business license, or tax registration. In some cases, Meta may request additional verification including personal identification. We walk you through the process, but the requirements are Meta's, not ours.
- LinkedIn — Has its own developer program and business verification requirements for API access.
- Other Platforms — Each platform sets its own rules for automated access, and these rules change. We stay current so you don't have to.
Some of our clients aren't comfortable with these verification requirements, and we understand that completely. The manual workflow exists specifically so that everyone can benefit from the "write once, post everywhere" approach regardless of whether they choose to go through platform verification. We'll always be honest with you about what each platform requires before you commit to anything.

Video Content Creation
Video is the most powerful way to build trust and connect with your audience. A three to five minute video of an artist walking through their process, explaining the story behind a painting, or giving a studio tour does more for credibility and collector engagement than a thousand words of website copy.
We help you plan, produce, and publish short-form video content for YouTube and social media. Not overproduced corporate videos with scripts and teleprompters — authentic, professional content that lets your work and your personality speak for themselves.
- Content Strategy — We help you identify what your audience wants to see and plan a realistic publishing schedule
- Production Guidance — Coaching on lighting, framing, audio, and delivery so you look and sound professional without a production crew
- Post-Production — Editing, titling, thumbnail creation, and formatting for each platform
- YouTube Optimization — Titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails optimized for search and discovery
- Cross-Platform Distribution — Your video content repurposed for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and your website
